Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "bwt365" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the bwt365 online gaming platform operating at bwt365.games.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any registered user of the bwt365 platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a player on the bwt365 platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the sole currency of the bwt365 platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a player on a game, event, or outcome through the bwt365 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits or free bet amounts credited to a player's account by bwt365 as part of a promotion.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, session controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options available to players within their bwt365 account settings.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and use bwt365, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bwt365 enforces this age requirement without exception. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 or older.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on bwt365 or any associated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Your bwt365 account is for personal use only.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bwt365 or its affiliated entities.

bwt365 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Management

Each player may hold only one bwt365 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any balance in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at bwt365's discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bwt365 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bwt365 cannot be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify bwt365 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account by contacting our support team. bwt365 may, at its discretion, place a temporary hold on a compromised account while an investigation is conducted.

bwt365 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive (no login or real-money wager) for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Players will be notified by their registered contact details prior to account closure. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with applicable procedures and communicated to the player.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on bwt365 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank. bwt365 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: 500 PKR per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: 1,000 PKR per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: bwt365 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and verification requirements.
• Identity verification: bwt365 may require players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests above a certain threshold. Players must provide valid government-issued identification upon request.
• Source of funds: bwt365 complies with anti-money laundering obligations. Players may be required to demonstrate the legitimate source of funds deposited into their bwt365 account.

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. bwt365 will not process withdrawals to accounts or wallets that differ from those used for deposits.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on bwt365 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game, sport, or event as displayed on the platform at the time of placing the bet. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with these rules before wagering.

• Bets are final once confirmed. bwt365 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where required by specific game or event rules (e.g., a match is abandoned or postponed beyond defined parameters).
• In the event of a technical error that affects the outcome of a bet, bwt365 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account balance.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain markets and events. These limits are displayed within the betting interface. bwt365 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Winnings are credited to your bwt365 PKR wallet balance upon the settlement of a bet. Settlement timelines vary by sport and event type.
• bwt365 reserves the right to withhold payment on any bet where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, manipulation, or a breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

bwt365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible games, which are communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• bwt365 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of abuse or where the promotion is being exploited contrary to its intended purpose.
• Players who are found to have created multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once will have all accounts closed and all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited.
• Promotional offers are intended for entertainment purposes and for genuine player engagement. Any systematic exploitation of bonus structures is considered a breach of these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bwt365 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players, third parties, or employees of bwt365 in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Any form of match fixing, event manipulation, or insider betting using non-public information.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise exploit technical vulnerabilities in the bwt365 platform.
• Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations in the player's jurisdiction.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to use bwt365 as a vehicle for money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any point during account use.

Responsible Gaming

bwt365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your bwt365 account.
• Session time limits: Receive notifications and automatic session termination after a defined period of play.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bwt365 content without prior written authorisation.

Your bwt365 account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not confer any ownership rights and may be revoked at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bwt365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including any loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

bwt365 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect availability. bwt365 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime where such downtime was outside of bwt365's reasonable control.

In all circumstances, bwt365's maximum aggregate liability to any player in connection with a specific bet or transaction shall not exceed the value of the stake placed in that specific transaction.

Privacy & Data

bwt365 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bwt365.games/privacy-policy. By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bwt365 will not sell or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data sharing with payment processors, age verification providers, and anti-fraud services may occur as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

Amendments to These Terms

bwt365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered contact details or by a prominent notice displayed on the platform. The date of the most recent update will be reflected at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the bwt365 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bwt365 operates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bwt365's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits a player's right to access applicable consumer dispute resolution mechanisms available in their jurisdiction. Pakistani players retain all rights afforded to them under Pakistani consumer protection legislation.
